We are looking for a dedicated Gluten Free Production Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling food products in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet production goals.Please note that the role involves heavy manual labour and standing for long periods of time; therefore physical strength and dexterity are important.The Role

Follow work instructions and recipes to complete tasks efficientlyCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth productionOperate food production equipment safely and effectivelyWork on different production lines as requiredWeighing and checking raw materials before productionEnsuring correct product labelling and packagingComplete quality and safety paperwork as necessaryEnsure products meet the required quality standardsReporting any faults or issues with machinery to supervisorsAbout You
