Project Quantity Surveyor - Cut and Carve / Civils / Structures - Central London We re working with a leading civils and structures contractor delivering complex projects across Central London, with values up to £80m. They re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join as number two on a major £60m scheme or as number one on a £10m project, reporting directly to the Commercial Lead. This is a great opportunity if you''re after the exposure of working on a major, complex inner city project, working with an experienced commercial lead. You ll be involved in: Subcontract procurement Valuations and variations Cost reporting and forecasting Supporting with final accounts Day-to-day commercial management of a major scheme They re looking for someone with experience in civils, structures or RC frame projects, ideally on schemes £10m+. NEC knowledge would be a bonus.
