Arboriculture Team Leader / Climber Location: Templepatrick, BT39 0RA Salary/hourly rate: 14.50 to 16 per hour Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PMAbout the roleAs an Arboriculture Team Lead, you will take a leading role in overseeing arboricultural operations, ensuring that all tree surgery and forestry tasks are performed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities, coordinating area-based teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will focus on the planning and performance of arboricultural works, fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will help drive operational excellence, support team development, and uphold the company''s reputation in forestry and arboriculture services.
