We are currently working with our client based in Dunstable, who are seeking an Administrator to join their expanding fleet department.Job DescriptionAs an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company''s fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting overall operational efficiency. You will work closely with drivers, maintenance teams, and management to optimise fleet performance.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, including registrations, insurance, servicing, and repairs.Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and servicing to ensure minimal downtime.Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.How to ApplyIf you are an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
