Our client is seeking 2 Operators to join their team as soon as possible for an initial 12-month assignment, with the potential to go permanent.Pay and ShiftsPay Rate: £13.86 per hourShift Allowance: ProvidedShift Pattern:Monday-FridayEarly Shift: 07:00-15:00Late Shift: 15:00-22:45Initial training will be provided before moving onto a rotating early/late shift pattern.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a General Operator, your duties will include:Operating machinery and equipment in line with safety guidelines and SOPs.Monitoring production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operation.Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.Reporting equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a pharmaceutical environment is essential.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team within a reputable scientific organisation.
