Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their busy country pub serving all fresh food based near Redditch and Droitwich .This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager to help implement a new menu ad concept at the pub. The owner wants to bring in relaxed food concept to the pub including flatbreads, Gyros, Pizza''s and sharing bowls/plates. In the summer months the garden can be used for BBQ''s and Pizza''s from the oven. They are looking to have a brunch style menu during the day. They are looking to appoint someone who can design the menu and manage the kitchen.
