This is an excellent opportunity for a client focused professional to work across a diverse portfolio, delivering high quality surveying, refurbishment, retrofit, and building safety projects. The Role You will play a key role within a dynamic Building Surveying division, contributing to a wide range of commercial, residential, heritage, and public sector projects. The role offers significant variety, autonomy, and the chance to support junior colleagues while helping shape the continued growth of the team. Key Responsibilities Undertake Condition Surveys, Building Surveys, and Due Diligence assessments Prepare Schedules of Condition, Licences to Alter, and Feasibility Studies Lead refurbishment and design work, including technical specifications Carry out EWS (External Wall System) visual and intrusive surveys Deliver EWS remedial projects Manage Contract Administration, Project Management, and Employer s Agent duties Support Planned Preventative Maintenance and Asset Management programmes Conduct Reactive Maintenance surveys and diagnose building pathology Undertake Statutory Reviews (Health and Safety, Fire, Equality Act) Advise on Planning, ..... full job details .....
