Blackstone''s Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone''s culture.Job Description

Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies Group (BREDS) offers Summer Analysts the experience on a team of investment professionals whose work involves new loan originations to finance the acquisition or refinancing of portfolios of real estate assets and individual properties worldwide. Summer Analysts in the BREDS group have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of European real estate debt transactions.Summer Analyst work may include:

New loan originations on behalf of BREDS’ opportunistic funds and mortgage trustAcquisitions of legacy loans, CMBS, and other forms of public and private debtRestructuringsRecapitalizationsResponsibilities

Financial analysis and modelingMarket researchCompetitive analysisDeveloping investment committee presentationsAssisting in the execution of transactionsDrafting of memoranda for internal and external useQualifications
