Role Overview The Technical Services Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all MEP services across our project portfolio. The role involves ensuring that building services are designed, installed, tested, and handed over in strict alignment with client requirements and statutory regulations. This position acts as the key technical link between design consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction and Tender Stage Review MEP Tender documents and Employers Requirements for compliance, buildability, and cost-effectiveness. Contribute to bid/tender reviews, advising on technical services strategy and programme implications. Support value engineering to ensure practical, efficient solutions suited to commercial, education, and care home facilities. Provide technical input into the Tender programme and Contractors Proposals. Design Stage Ensure MEP Subcontractor competence under the Building Safety Act.
