In this role, you will be based full-time at the Head Office, working closely with the Head of Commercial and wider teams. You''ll be responsible for managing contracts, submitting valuations, pricing variations, and acting as a key point of contact for clients while supporting the successful delivery of projects.

• Quantity Surveying across New Build, Social Housing & Commercial projects
• Reviewing contracts, submitting valuations, and pricing variations

The Person:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience working with commercial contracts
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
