We re now offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our established and supportive HR team on a 6-month fixed term contract. The Role You ll provide a proactive, professional HR administrative service, ensuring compliance and great people support across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring all employee changes are processed in line with payroll deadlines. Completing all legal, statutory, and compliance checks on time. Providing first-line advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR queries. Monitoring the HR inbox, responding to queries, and escalating issues where needed. Supporting employee engagement through surveys and feedback.
