Job Description:
- Deliver aandnbsp;diverse and engaging PE curriculumandnbsp;acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5
- Promoteandnbsp;physical fitness,andnbsp;teamwork, andandnbsp;resilienceandnbsp;through a wide range of sports and activities
- Organise and leadandnbsp;inter-school fixtures,andnbsp;sports days, andandnbsp;extracurricular clubs
- Foster aandnbsp;positive sporting ethosandnbsp;that encourages participation, leadership, and personal growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to supportandnbsp;cross-curricular learningandnbsp;and whole-school initiatives
- Ensure all students, including those with SEND, are supported and challenged appropriately
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching PE in aandnbsp;secondary school setting (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;motivational role modelandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;behaviour managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;communication skills
- Demonstrate a deep understanding ofandnbsp;adolescent development,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;inclusive practice
- Be passionate aboutandnbsp;sport,andnbsp;health education, and helping students achieve theirandnbsp;personal best
