Interim Sales Order CoordinatorLocation: Sudbury, Suffolk (Office-based - no remote working) Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Salary: 26,440 - 28,000Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Order Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term basis for roughly 6 months to support the business during a period of long-term absence.This role plays an important part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with both internal departments and customers, the successful candidate will help coordinate the smooth flow of orders, while providing a high standard of administrative throughout the process.Duties will include:Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processingMaintaining accurate customer and order recordsUpdating internal systems and databasesMonitoring order progress and resolving any issues where possibleAssisting with general administrative duties as requiredSupporting the wider team to ensure excellent customer service standards are maintainedCandidate requirements:Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales order processing roleA highly organised approach with the ability to manage changing priorities and workloadsStrong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate workConfident communication skills with the ability to build positive working ..... full job details .....
