Our client is a privately owned Construction Consultancy with 7 offices throughout the UK, with an extensive and varied list of clients they are passionate about the services they deliver and are committed to delivering the highest level of service, value, and innovation to their clients.Due to an increase in their current workload they are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join their current team based in Milton Keynes.Responsibilities

Lead on projects, taking responsibility for delivery from inception through to final account.Provide guidance and support to junior team members on the project.Manage and run your own projects within a fast-paced, complex environment.Collaborate with colleagues across retail, residential, and commercial sectors as part of a team.Requirements

Degree qualification, ideally within Quantity Surveying or a related field.A couple of years of relevant experience.Experience working either for a main contractor or within a client-side/consultancy environment.Confidence in leading on own projects and mentoring junior members of the team.Benefits
