The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Neds Club - a private members space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Reporting into the bar management team and as a key part of the food and beverage team you will:Prepare and serve up perfectly made drinks from our range of menusOn our guest service bars you will be the friendly face providing exceptional experiences, along with recommendations and suggested drinksOn our service bars you will speedily prepare the orders as they come in, keeping our waiters and runners stocked with the drinks they need to deliver a seamless experience to our guestsAll of our bars are in full view of the guests so a tidy, presentable, and slick operation is essentialBe a guardian of drink quality and presentation, never letting anything lower than Ned standards reach our guestsMaintain a safe and clean bar environment, protecting our guests and your teammates from any possible harm

What you can bring to the role:Youll have a fantastic personality, engaging with our customers to give them an exceptional serviceYoull have great all-round drinks knowledge, and ideally experience with cocktails and/or winesA creative flair is always welcome
