A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Hackney is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Learning Support Assistant to join their team in Year 3 from September 2025. The school is part of a forward-thinking trust and is known for its nurturing ethos, high expectations, and commitment to every child''s success.

Your New Role
As a KS2 LSA, you will:

• Provide targeted support to pupils in Year 3, including those with additional learning needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities.
• Support pupils'' social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusion.
• Assist with classroom preparation, small group work, and one-to-one interventions.
  
  

What You''ll Need to Succeed

• Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in KS2.
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential.
