£20 - £23 an hour + holiday pay

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across departments and partner offices.

Support budget holders to understand and manage their financial performance.

Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and internal controls.

Provide analysis and insights to senior leaders to support informed decision-making.

Build capacity in partner offices, ensuring strong compliance and financial governance.

Play a key role in preparing year-end statutory accounts and audit deliverables.

The skills you’ll bring

A degree in Finance/Accountancy and are part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW).

Strong experience in management accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-financial audiences.

Advanced Excel skills and the ability to design and manipulate reports.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Experience of donor/partner financial compliance (desirable).

The flexibility to travel internationally on a quarterly basis.

Working knowledge of accounting systems such as Unit4 and Agresso.
