Senior Quality Engineer

Salary Dependent on Experience

Our client are specialist designers and manufacturers and work within the Oil and Gas industry, they are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality audits, review data and analytics, and make recommendations for process improvements
• Manage and mentor junior quality engineers, providing guidance and support on complex projects and initiatives
• Create and implement quality systems and processes to ensure that company products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations
• Develop and deliver comprehensive testing plans to identify and address product defects and issues
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, develop corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems and processes
• Frequently communicate with key stakeholders to provide updates on quality initiatives and progress

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer
• Engineering / Manufacturing background
• Previously lead and mentored quality teams
• Experience conducting quality audits
