Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Technician to support engineering and maintenance activities within fast-paced Defence company based in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will hold current SC clearance and have a solid background in both mechanical and electrical systems within secure or regulated environments.Key Responsibilities:Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on MandE systemsSupport installation, testing, and commissioning of equipmentFault-finding and diagnostics on mechanical and electrical assetsWork closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technical complianceMaintain accurate records and documentation to meet MOD/Defence standardsEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with HandS and security protocolsEssential Requirements:Current and active SC ClearanceProven experience in both mechanical and electrical systemsRecognised qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)Experience working in Defence, MOD, or secure environmentsStrong understanding of HandS and compliance requirementsDesirable:18th Edition or equivalent electrical qualificationExperience with military systems or ..... full job details .....
