Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Strong customer service background, ideally from a call centre or retail environment.Experience handling a high volume of incoming calls.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a wider service team.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
