This is a pivotal role within the Operations team, offering you the chance to take ownership of quality KPIs, lead audits to ISO standards, drive continuous improvement, and manage customer-facing issue resolution from start to finish.You''ll be the go-to person for all things quality-supporting new product introductions, leading internal audits, managing non-conformances, and mentoring a team of Quality Controllers.
