This charity operates across Hampshire and Portsmouth, providing crucial services to help victims and survivors of domestic abuse achieve safety and well-being. They are committed to empowering individuals through comprehensive support and advocacy.Synopsis of duties:Provide support, advice, and assistance to individuals and families affected by domestic abuse and mental health issues.Develop recovery-focused Support Plans and conduct safety and support planning and risk assessments.Offer advocacy and support around unhealthy behaviours and provide parenting and family support.Work closely with local Mental Health teams and other professionals to ensure a coordinated community response.Participate in the "Front Door Service" and High-Risk Domestic Abuse (HRDA) meetings on a rota basis.Maintain accurate records, write reports, and undertake administrative tasks.Participate in the on-call out-of-hours service rota.Requirements:Proven experience working with clients with complex needs, including mental healthExperience ..... full job details .....
