Job Summary Barnsley Recruitment Services are seeking a skilled Skidsteer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Bobcat to perform various tasks such as moving recycled materials around the site and general housekeeping. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Internal and external licence accepted. Monday to Friday (Apply online only) Responsibilities Operate the Bobcat safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Perform material handling as required by project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on the Bobcat to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery. Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly. Experience Proven experience operating a Bobcat or similar machinery is essential. A valid commercial driving licence is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment. Previous experience in construction or landscaping is advantageous. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
