What You''ll Be DoingYou''ll play a key role in supporting advisers and managing a portfolio of Corporate and Individual Private Medical Insurance (PMI) clients.Your day will include: Administering PMI policies from start to finish Managing renewals and completing detailed market review analyses Preparing reports for advisers with clear findings and recommendations Assisting with new business quotations Handling day-to-day policy amendments (new members, leavers, dependants, address changes etc.) Liaising with insurers to request and verify membership documents Maintaining accurate records on the bespoke ArchAngel database Responding to client queries professionally and promptly Supporting compliance with FCA, Data Protection and AML regulationsYou''ll be the organised, detail-focused backbone that keeps everything running smoothly.
