Job Role:Day to day leadership and ownership of the Heavy Lift Team that own full life cycle of Heavy Lift Projects from Client Briefing, Pricing, project plans and the delivery/implementation of the solution.Liaising with customers on a technical basis to enable support and preparation of quotations in line with the customers enquiryDevelop long-term working partnerships with main OEM customersDevelop method statements and risk assessments for bespoke operationsLiaisE with all departments on a daily/weekly time scaleExperience:Significant experience working in within Heavy plant removal and installationIdeally have been involved in large mechanical/hydraulic press dismantling and installingPosses knowledge /experience in the use of gantry jacks, versa lifts and other lifting equipment.Experience of running a team of fitter riggers and transport knowledge.Commercially astute so as to enable a smooth flow from start to finishA systematic approach to problem resolution and demonstrate ability to work effectively with and assist others in the teamProject Management SkillsExperience with Machine Moving, Machine Relocation, Machine Bumping, Machine ..... full job details .....
