New Role: Claims Adjuster - Casualty ReinsuranceLloyd''s InsurerCity of London I am currently partnered with a leading Insurer who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their team on a 9M contract basis to cover maternity, which could end up going permanent.This role will be adjusting Casualty Reinsurance Claims including but not limited to; APH, Workers Compensation and European Motor. This will be a mix of International and US based risks.My client is looking for someone with strong Claims Adjusting experience in the Casualty Reinsurance space.Key ResponsibilitiesManage an individual caseload, analysing critical data and factual reports, setting appropriate reserves, negotiating settlements directly with Cedants, and confidently making and supporting independent decisions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims files, ensuring all data is captured in line with best practice standards.Prepare clear, concise written and verbal reports for senior management.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Cedants, Brokers, Co-Reinsurers, and Legal Representatives in the evaluation and management of reinsurance claim exposures.Ensure all policy obligations are fulfilled and that Customers are Treated Fairly at all times.Adhere to all compliance requirements, maintain strict confidentiality, and act as a company representative by modelling and upholding company policies and standards.Deliver against agreed objectives and performance targets.Support team success by ..... full job details .....
