We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Receptionist / Administrator in a well-established operation in Grimsby DN37 9TS.Pay rates and typical working hours:Pay rate: 13.50 per hourMonday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00What do we expect from you as a Receptionist / Administrator:Acting as the first point of contact for all customers, visitors and contractors, delivering a professional and welcoming front of house experienceManaging incoming calls, including answering, transferring, taking messages and monitoring voicemailsWelcoming visitors and contractors on arrival, ensuring they are signed in and out in line with site proceduresReceiving deliveries, checking items and accurately booking them into the systemReviewing delivery notes and invoices, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheetsManaging incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, distributing and preparing items for dispatchCarrying out general administrative duties including scanning, filing and document managementWhat benefits are available as a Receptionist / Administrator?Canteen Facilities and Rest Facilities on siteFree Car parking available on siteSkillsGood communication skills and attention to detailExcellent written and spoken EnglishProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft ExcelAbility to communicate professionally at all levels from customers and auditors to factory colleagues and company management Able to prioritise and ..... full job details .....
