We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Hampshire wine production facility in Crondall. This is a hands-on managerial role overseeing production, logistics, stock, health and safety and accreditation. Key responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the winery site, including production, stock management, logistics, and health and safety Responsibility for the day to day running of the facility Drive system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and maximise profit Oversee the day-to-day running of the Hampshire facility, including production planning and scheduling Ensure production targets and standards are met Lead and maintain SALSA and BRC accreditation standards Develop, implement and regularly update health and safety and risk assessments across all winery operations Manage the winery team What we are looking for: Proven experience in a production management setting (essential) Strong organisational and planning skills (essential) Knowledge of SALSA/BRC standards and health and safety regulations (desirable) Join us in shaping the future of English winemaking!
