The Role and Core Responsibilities Reporting to the Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value projects, primarily for national retailers and shopfitting main contractors. Programme Ownership: Directly manage a portfolio of 5-8 complex rollouts concurrently, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client''s exacting specifications. Client Liaison and Briefing: Serve as the primary client liaison, translating complex retailer/contractor briefs into actionable production plans for the in-house design and manufacturing teams. Installation Management: Own the entire installation lifecycle, coordinating internal site teams, external sub-contractors, and the client. Proactively manage permits and ensure site compliance (CDM/HandS). Risk and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve commercial or logistical issues that impact project margin or delivery timelines, maintaining a profitable outcome for the business. Site Management: Conduct detailed site surveys and management visits across the UK, with occasional travel required to support mainland European projects.
