A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step up and lead high-volume, complex retail signage rollouts for a growing Yorkshire-based manufacturer. If you thrive on logistical complexity and ensuring profitable delivery across national and European programmes, this role is for you. The Role and Core Responsibilities Reporting to the Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value projects, primarily for national retailers and shopfitting main contractors. Programme Ownership: Directly manage a portfolio of 5-8 complex rollouts concurrently, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client''s exacting specifications. Client Liaison and Briefing: Serve as the primary client liaison, translating complex retailer/contractor briefs into actionable production plans for the in-house design and manufacturing teams. Installation Management: Own the entire installation lifecycle, coordinating internal site teams, external sub-contractors, and the client. Proactively manage permits and ensure site compliance (CDM/HandS). Risk and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve commercial or logistical issues that impact project margin or delivery timelines, maintaining a profitable outcome for the business. Site Management: Conduct detailed site surveys and management visits across the UK, with occasional travel required to support mainland European projects.
