Key Responsibilities As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a crucial part in the kitchen''s day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. Order all food items and ensure that purchases are received, checked against the invoice, and correctly stored.Make sure that all stock is labelled and rotated effectively.Ensure resources are used effectively, minimising waste to protect the environment and reduce costs.Act on behalf of the senior chef when appointed, supporting kitchen management.
