£ Experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEND setting

Key Responsibilities:

£ Work closely with teachers and SENDCos to support learning in class
£ Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
£ Foster a calm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
£ Support pupilsandrsquo; social, emotional, and academic development
£ Participate in professional development and school events
