Pay:13.69 ph, Overtime -20.54 ph
Shifts:-4 Days per Week | 41 hours per week

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our client''s busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for anyone with proven supervisory experience in a production or factory setting who is seeking to step into a leadership role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a production line team of approximately 10 operatives
• Operate production machinery and assist with resolving technical issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards
• Foster a positive team culture and support individual performance and development

Person Specification:

• Confident and approachable leader with team motivation skills
• Strong collaborator with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to think on your feet and resolve challenges efficiently
