Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons
• Work 1:1 with pupils or support small groups to enhance learning
• Foster a safe, inclusive and engaging environment
• Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised space
• Support children''s emotional, behavioural and social development
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and fellow staff

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (in school, youth work, care, or similar)
• A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, flexible, and patient attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Legal right to work in the UK
