Deli Van Business Manager Hybrid Field, Office and Home-Based £40,000 per annum + OTE £60,000 Full time, permanent Our client, a well-established and growing East Midlands business is seeking a Deli Van Business Manager to take full ownership of their successful deli van operation. This is a varied and rewarding role combining sales growth, people leadership and operational management. You ll lead a team of deli van drivers who deliver high-quality, fresh food to workplaces across the region while driving new business, optimising routes and maximising profitability. You ll be hands-on splitting your time between travelling with drivers, visiting clients, analysing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer reach.
