We\''re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead recruitment delivery across Customer Operations. Alongside taking ownership of a number of roles end-to-end, and building great relationships with senior stakeholders - you\''ll also manage two Talent Partners, coaching and developing them, and ensuring that we\''re bringing in top-quality talent across all of Customer Operations.As a team we\''re always looking to improve how we attract and secure the best talent for Capital on Tap. For our Customer Operations teams in particular, improving how we hire directly shapes the experience of every business we support. This role is for someone who thrives on making a difference, balancing operational delivery with opportunities to rethink and improve how we bring the best talent to Capital on TapWhat you\''ll be doingDriving recruitment delivery across Customer Operations meeting KPIs and departmental targetsOwning the recruitment of a number of roles yourself, varying in seniority and specialismLine management and development of two Talent PartnersBuiling and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersGuiding sourcing and attraction strategies for Customer Operations to help secure top talentUsing data and insights to drive hiring decisions and process improvementsLeading or contributing to broader Talent Team projectsProven in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environmentExperience hiring across multiple levels and functionsProven stakeholder management and influencing skillsConfidence using data to track, analyse, and improve hiring performanceComfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider teamPrevious experience managing and developing a small teamDiversity and Inclusion
