About the Role:
A nurturing and inclusive primary school in the historic town of Olney is looking for a creative and passionate KS1 Teacher to join their team. Youandrsquo;ll have the opportunity to shape early learning and help young pupils build a strong academic and emotional foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS1 curriculum
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess progress using formative strategies
• Work closely with parents and TAs to support each childandrsquo;s development

Requirements:

• QTS with recent experience in KS1
• Strong understanding of phonics and early reading
• Positive behaviour management and adaptable teaching style
• Passion for child-led, creative learning
