Junior Acoustics Engineer (Full training supplied) We are seeking a motivated person who would be interested in training to become a Junior Acoustic Engineer to join a busy engineering and design department in the Hertford head office. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone early in their professional career, looking to start in an ever-growing Acoustics industry specialising in noise and vibration control. The role is primarily office-based, supporting senior engineers with technical analysis and design work, but will also include opportunities for site visits and travel throughout the UK. Full training will be given. Responsibilities Assisting with acoustic data input, analysis, and calculations Supporting the design of noise control and acoustic solutions Preparing estimates, technical documentation, and reports Assisting with project coordination and contracting activities Working closely with senior engineers and the wider design team Occasional site visits and travel within the UK as required Requirements Educated to at least A-Level standard (or equivalent) Interest in acoustics, noise control, or engineering (You may have a GCSE in music) Good numerical, scientific, and analytical skills with at least a B GCSE maths Basic computing skills (e.g. Excel, Word; CAD experience advantageous but not essential) Full UK driving licence preferred Willingness to learn, show initiative, and develop professionally Previous experience is not essential, as ..... full job details .....
