Deputy Manager Job - High Wycombe

Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the leadership of our client''s well-regarded nursing/residential care home in High Wycombe.

Deputy Manager Vacancy Details:

• Salary: -30,000 - -35,000 per annum (DOE)

Deputy Manager Main Duties:

• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service

• Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver person-centred support

• Provide hands-on clinical support, mentoring, and supervision

• Help maintain full regulatory compliance (CQC and Health & Social Care standards)

• Be a role model for best practice in care delivery and safeguarding
