Detailed knowledge of the FIX protocol. Experience of the Fidessa is only a nice to have. Experience of testing Front Office trading systems. Experience of working with external network vendors such as Bloomberg, Autex and TNS. Responsibilities Tech Support - Provide 24/7 support for FIX connectivity, monitoring, and issue resolution for buy-side clients.System Integration - Help onboard clients and integrate various financial systems (OMS, IBOR) via the FIX network.Network management - Support and manage the Charles River Network (CRN) for electronic trading.Data Handling - Work with financial data domains (positions, transactions, performance) Skills andamp; Experience NeededAwareness of the FIX protocol (versions 4.2, 4.4, 5.0) and XML.Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.Experience with investment management software (like Charles River) is a plus.Interest in financial services and electronic trading.
