This leadership role is central to ensuring high-quality support for learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), many of whom are unable to access mainstream education. You''ll work closely with the Head of Alternative Education and Curriculum Manager to shape inclusive pathways, manage a dedicated support team, and drive measurable outcomes for vulnerable learners.
