Clinical Support ManagerLocation:
North UKIn ORS (Operating Room Solutions) at Mölnlycke, we aim for frictionless flow in the operating room, with solutions designed for safety. If you want to launch your professional career in commercial healthcare, Mölnlycke is the place to do it.
Responsibilities
Educating existing customers on ORS products to ensure they are used effectively in the clinical environment
Providing clinical support and education to Key Account Managers (KAM)
Proactively reporting back to the business on new clinical products and information that could be introduced to the MHC portfolio in order to strengthen its offering
Developing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and advocate relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of our Biogel solutions
Monitoring competitor activities and product news in order to keep the organization updated on the current healthcare environment
Collaborating cross functionally with Marketing, National Training Manager and wider CSM team to build CSM toolkit
What You’ll Get
Salary circa £50,000 depending on experience
£15,000 to £30,000 annual performance related bonus

What You’ll Need
Currently or previously worked as a band 5 or above in the operating theatre environment
General Nurse with demonstrable theatre experience or Registered Operating Department Practitioner or equivalent would be highly desirable
Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
Ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
Previous experience teaching and training junior staff members
