Administrator - Full or Part Time
Based in Braunston, Daventry Full Time - 9 am - 5 pm would consider 9 am - 3 pm £27,500 Our extremely friendly client based in Braunston is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy small team. Main Tasks: Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer and client enquiries professionally Preparing and creating paperwork in preparation for quotations, and general office administration Conducting online and administrative searches as required Completing and submitting tender bid documentation accurately Providing administrative support to a team of surveyors Maintaining organised filing systems and office records Assisting with general office duties and daily operations Overseeing the smooth running of the office in the manager s absence Person Spec Previous administration experience, within a construction or related industry would be an advantage but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional telephone manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach Friendly and approachable Please call us for an informal chat about the role.
