Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for tenders across civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive pricing strategies. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and assess cost effectiveness. Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings to assess conditions and build project understanding. Work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to support value engineering and programme development. Manage the preparation and submission of tender documents to meet client deadlines. Contribute to risk assessments and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience as an Estimator within the civil engineering or construction sector.
