Work in close partnership with South Grove Primary School to deliver a programme of casework to promote and improve educational outcomes for the children and families supported.Focus on improving attendance, punctuality and engagement in learning.Build excellent relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.Be based in Tiverton or Seven Sisters with some home-based work supporting families with housing, form filling and coordination with external agencies.What you’ll have experience of
