Key Duties:

• Manage all on-site operations for large industrial new builds and refurbishments, from groundworks to handover.

• Lead, motivate, and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.

• Implement and enforce stringent health and safety protocols, fostering a zero-incident culture.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

• Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate execution of works.

• Proactively identify and resolve site-related issues, maintaining project momentum.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client specifications.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale industrial construction projects (e.g., warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics hubs).

• Strong understanding of industrial construction methodologies, including M&E integration.

• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certifications are essential.

• Demonstrable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
