Conveyancing: Consultant Solicitor and Lawyer OpportunitiesWe are seeking legal professionals to work on a consultancy, fee sharing basis with Taylor Rose, a top 60 law firm with over 25 offices nationwide. You can work from home, from one of our offices, or both. The role is suitable for individuals and groups of Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 4 years PQE+ who have expertise in residential or commercial property in the private and/or public sectors.Base pay range

Earn up to 75% of your billing.

Responsibilities

Provide conveyancing services on a consultancy/fee-sharing basis.

Choose clients, fees, hours and volume of work.

Access national offices, meeting rooms and lender panels.

Utilize dedicated liaison support, technical head for operations and training, and a fully optimised CMS and electronic systems.

Leverage business development support and opportunities to work with referral clients.

Qualifications

4+ years PQE looking to join as a consultant; Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers considered.

Experience in residential or commercial property, in private and/or public sectors.

Ability to work on a flexible basis and manage own client portfolio.
