OverviewAn exciting opportunity for a secondment to join the Pharmacy field team as Head of Pharmacy for London and Travel.

Working in the capital city provides a unique experience and opportunity to provide patient focused leadership to drive and grow the pharmacy business and support our store teams to maximise all opportunities.

Responsibilities

Delivers and executes company strategy driving prescription growth, NHS and private services and market share growth

Highly visible leader who grows and develops others and is a role model for great customer and patient care

Has deep understanding of pharmacy and healthcare and use of external knowledge and business reports to drive insights and action

GPhC registered pharmacist, qualified for at least 3 years with store leadership experience

Experience of leading in a community pharmacy business

Track record of leading, managing and delivering in a multi-site environment, bringing consistency in delivery across all stores in an area/ region

Deep understanding of the pharmacy landscape and NHS contract in England

Operational knowledge of pharmacy systems

Experience with influencing external stakeholders

Desirable experience

Field leadership experience desirable

Experience on external committees (e.g. Local Pharmaceutical Committees) desirable

Weekend working will be required
