Support Worker / Teaching Assistant SEN and Alternative Provision Schools Location: Liverpool and Wirral Start Date: Immediate Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only) Salary: £90 £100 per day (dependent on experience) Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children who need extra support? About the Role We re partnering with SEN and alternative provision schools across Liverpool and the Wirral to recruit dedicated Support Workers who can bring their care and support skills into education. As a Teaching Assistant, you ll provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them engage in learning and develop essential life skills. What you ll do: Support pupils with SEND or SEMH needs Work closely with teachers and SENCO to adapt learning strategies Encourage confidence, independence, and a love of learning Help children overcome barriers and achieve their potential What We re Looking For: Experience working with children and/or vulnerable adults Background in residential care, youth work, or support services (highly desirable) Patience, empathy, and strong behaviour management skills A proactive, team-focused attitude A genuine passion for making a difference Why Join Us?
