Female Support Worker - Swansea
(Ref: HA3) Female Support Worker (Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9) Contract: Permanent Location: Swansea Hours per week: 26 Hours Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 7.00am 9.00am 4 sessions after school (3.30pm - 7.30) to be discussed at interview. Potential for additional hours Pay per hour: Weekday / Weekends / Bank Holidays (7 am to 11 pm) = £15 Closing date: Monday 24th November 2025 (Please note we reserve the right to close the advert earlier if we receive a high volume of suitable applicants) I am an amazing 5-year-old girl who has Cerebral palsy, this affects me in different ways including physically, cognitively and with communication. I need lots of support, but I don t let this hold me back or define who I am. I am looking for a therapy assistant to come and join my team. I attend a local school and after school I need additional support to help me to enjoy social and leisure activities and to help with my therapy programmes. I also need support with my morning routine to get me ready for school. I am described by the people who know me best as infectious, bubbly and cheeky. I am sociable and have a great sense of humour. I love playing with my toys/games and spending time with family. I enjoy being in the water and am looking forward to trying new activities. I am looking for an enthusiastic, fun, patient, and reliable person to help me engage in activities and to provide some respite for my mum, who is my main support.
