The Microbiology department within a hospital in Birmingham is looking to recruit a locum Consultant in Microbiology to start immediately for 6 to 12 months.Core working hours will be Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00. Full-time is preferred but flexible arrangements can be considered. The role involves ward work, clinics, hot clinics, and dedicated admin time.Subspecialty interests will also be considered.Applicants must hold a full GMC license to practice and have NHS experience as a Specialty Doctor or Consultant in Microbiology.
